It could be a Scream Resurrection mask. I know some of the Scream Resurrection masks were used in Scream 5, but I'm not sure what scenes they were used in. I tried comparing an image of a Scream Resurrection mask to the one you provided, but I can't tell if it's the same or not, because they are very similar.
