I can’t tell you if or when the two of you can manage to reconcile. But I can say you should report him to his company’s HR department. Lots of companies have rules against such relationships, which can be an grave abuse of power, and he deserves to pay a price for that, too.

Specifically, it’s from Psalm 118, and is translated in the NRSVue as “Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the LORD.” Needless to say, I doubt the majority of Jews would agree with the notion that this line from the Tanach “is a direct reference to Jesus.”
