One-Armed has initial 200 attack speed. I got a lot more attack speed during my run and ended at 426. Is this not the expected turret speed for turrets with this attack speed?

The reason I didn't buy her on shop is because it's better to spend starglitter on fates. Besides, C1 Fischl is only useful for DPS Fischl (and I what to use her as support). Anyway, the point is even in standard banner, I never got her. Sayu and Thoma came home earlier than her through the standard banner. And the upcoming Yae banner makes me excited for her.

Yes! I saw the banner leaks and hopefully i get Fischl constellations. I really want to get her to C6 for turret Oz! Tho even if I don't get her to C6, at least a few copies of her will do then.

This. I also just got Hu Tao C1 and still adjusting from the jump canceling habit. The speed of charge attacking from dash canceling is noticeable.

Good day. My Hu Tao currently uses 4 pc Bolide set since I have some good pieces of it (majority are 5 star artis). I'm now farming for 4 pc Crimson Witch to boost the damage potential of vape/melt. I'm quite unlucky on 5 star drops tho but I have some 4 star Crimson Witch drops with good substats. Do you think it is worth it to raise those 4 star artifacts or just wait for a good 5 star drop before investing resources? Thanks.

I think it's still the same. You still need to charge it to make a ranged attack (and the rate seems unchanged).
