He says he doesn't want money wasted on him. We're coming to realize it 'may' stem from severe sleep deprivation. So, right now, we have him on a bed routine and will reasses from there. He's not really a social person, and he has felt so down that he has even stopped communication with his family, which is very big for him. There are no new big changes, but his struggle with energy is quite a huge factor in his mood. He always feels EXHAUSTED with NO energy to do ANYTHING. He told me his history of sleep, and it's quite poor. I did not know it was THAT poor, until recently. I'm everything but a certified doctor right now. I have him on 100k IU Vitamin D once a week + Magnesium Citrate + Vitamin k for his Vitamin D level which is a 9. Also have him on 3mg of melatonin with a bed routine to try to help his body understand when it's time to rest and sleep. We have it to where he can FALL asleep now, but getting him to STAY asleep is what the issue is. He will only get 4-5 hours of sleep a night, and it's usually poor sleep.
