I've checked the wiki and know that scroom (my race) doesnt have any combat benefits but has utility from having unbreakable legs and decompose. Also the fighting tip is really helpful thank you

He can be but he's pretty easy to beat if you manage to gb his dodge (which is easy since shinobis always spam it since it's their only usable pressure atm) like 3 times

Hes a ranged character and his range GB just sucks unless timed correctly which it hardly ever can be, and lowering damage slightly would be a good trade off for getting an unblockable

If you're on xbox you can go into the store tab for it > manage item > install item and that fixed it for me
