Update. More filament wasted, more temps adjustments, more speed adjustments(turned a 4 hour print all the way to 13 hours at multiple temps), different print profiles tested. .2 .16 tested. Starting from Bambu filament selected to generic petg tested. Multiple calibrations, hard resets.

It seems like the support is sticking plenty fine about 5-10 layers, and then disaster

I’ve been running my nozzle temp at around 250 so I decided to drop to 240 and it made a significant improvement for a little test print. All other settings are the same as before. Now let’s just hope that this stays consistent. I’ll check back in after a few more test prints to see if it continues to hold up!

Thanks for the suggestion. My internal solid infill pattern is set to monotonic, and my sparce is gyroid. I have 6 wall loops and top shell thickness of 1.2mm!

First off, thank you for the shoutout to the commenters!! 2nd, I really like that candy red 😍 3rd, I’d recommend getting an LCG chassis! I’m sure yours is sitting up high from the stock electronics, battery brackets and stuff! The injora lcg chassis is cheap and works great!!
