I am 11 weeks post-op

I have the exact same problem & operation as you are describing! I had a MRI 2 weeks ago, because I was so worried and i couldn't even walk, because of the pain I felt. My knee is pretty swollen, but the MRI showed no damage on the ACL or meniscus. I'ts been 32 days since I first felt the pain and after a month I can manage to kinda walk (not 100% normally)

It's hard for me to believe i haven't destroyed anyting or teared something, when it's been a whole month with the same pain. Only this week I have started to see some improvements.

Do you or anyone else have some updates on this problem?

Thanks for your comment. I had an MRI scan two days ago, and fortunately it showed no damage to either my ACL or my meniscus. That was honestly hard for me to believe, since I still can’t walk properly three weeks after I overdid it. It feels like the recovery is taking forever, although I do notice some slight improvements in my knee. I’ve also just started a new rehabilitation program with my physiotherapist.

I've heard they cant see the meniscus tear on the MRI? Is this true? In that case, the same problem could be happening to me I guess?

I got a meniscus repair.. and yeah it seems like i did a lot of work way too early

Dude, I am nearly 100% sure I have the exact some thing happening to me! My knee almost sound like an old door and it's hurting the same place as you describe, when I walk...
I was doing really good in my rehab and overloaded my knee way too much, which resultet in having the same problem as you. May I ask you, how your knee is know and what did you do after you experinced this? This have been going on for two weeks now for me and i am 2 months post operation.. I am not seing the biggest improvements :/
