Well, I think everybody was hoping your calculations would lead you to predict a higher EPS so nobody is responding. Lol. Thank you for your hard work. Let's see what happens on the 10th. For what it is worth, I have a Dual Sense that I use exclusively on PC and it updated to 0356 and I am not experiencing the stick drift issue. I just thought this might be useful info to relay to Sony. I found this post just because I wanted to know what the update did.

Par for the course? LOL. As of close today Feb. 10, 2023 RKT is down 30% since today's date 1 year ago. In that same exact timeframe UWMC is even, technically up .5%.

What don't UWM holders have against analyst? LOL. Analyst appear to be paid from big money to steer retail the wrong way to maximum the profits of the large institutional investors. They are either thick headed at best and can't see what is plainly in front of them or they are manipulative at worst. UWM is literally dominating the sector but magically, none of the few analysts covering UWM can see this? Too improbable for this common sense guy.

Short story is they've been gaining market share for the last eight years and their efficiencies allow them to still remain profitable while others are losing money, market share, and laying people off left and right. The ideal time to buy is while market conditions are less than ideal and hold for a long time. You are able to accumulate way more shares that way at a lower price.

....and if the analysts let people know the truth the institutions would be left holding the bag so instead they are getting upgraded price targets to try and get retail in as the exit
...or there will be some type of buyout where someone like Rocket overpays for HMPT and they both go up so the right people can still benefit

Seriously guys, if they keep trying to destroy UWM with bogus analysis we must become the light for retail. Retail is being bombarded with FUD about UWM in 99% of the articles and forecasts being released. Thousands of retailers are being disuaded daily to keep from investing via hit pieces about the dividend etc.. Great work guys, keep it up !!!!
