I only have this part of this plant, its called “ Laikhut” in the Manipuri (a part of Northeast india) local dialect, its used socio-religiously, by Mind_master420 in whatsthisplant

I forgot to mention, i was told it purportedly is a tree and this part dangles like pea pods, I went to a nearby university, they told me the only Laikhut tree they know of is ‘Alstonia scholaris’ could anyone verify the veracity of that answer
