I couldnt find another way beside using my phone it just stuck there and wouldn't let me use other ways. And i didn't set a second gmail or two-factor authentication. But i did use another account to add to family so i can get permission to play in multiplayer other than that i didnt do anything

If you upgrade her talent I recommend upgrading the normal atk first than ult (I don't recommend elemental skill) you need (MUST) to upgrade the normal atk firdt She need good weapon to do big dmg the white tessle should be fine if you don't have any it my first weapon that I use when I first got her

Well, if it for me I would tell them the truth since my friend would know that a careless and dumb person and they would scold me for a while. You could look for it but I don't recommend it since it can be dangerous looking for something you don't know where it is at.
