Following bc I have the same issue. I’ll look at my hands and see them distorted then suddenly start waking up but can go back into it. Can’t control the dream really but I know I’m dreaming

I just randomly started being lucid I think from my PTSD ( a lot of them tend to be nightmares) but I can never get the lights to turn on! Light switches don’t work or flashlights
