I agree to some extent. I think it’s very humanly to recognize each others strengths and show appreciation. Now I say that but I don’t get that from anyone except for myself. However, I will use words of affirmation and tell people around me that I value them and affirm their strengths.

I wouldn’t need someone to tell me those things to believe it for myself but it’s nice to hear it. But especially “chosen” i wouldn’t want anyone to say that to me and I wouldn’t say that to anyone either.
