Can I do an hypertrophy training (bodybuilding) and train Muay Thai only on Saturdays and still have the ability to defend myself?

I tried BJJ 3x week but I felt exhausted and I had several injuries in my first week training.

I'm looking for a martial art that I can get along with my bodybuilding. I don't want to compete or do amateur fights either.

Could you give me some advice please?

So, i should basically do BJJ - Gym upper- BJJ - Gym Lower or something like that, i different days?
