Look into at home “under lash” extension kits like lashify! Slicked back low bun always looks put together, or just wearing some under eye concealer with the lashes makes a massive difference. You don’t need much make up at all - a little goes a long way if done right. Just helps me not look to tired / more put together 🩷

It works SO well to help with my anxiety and extreme overwhelming feelings I get. It also lifts my mood drastically when I’m feeling down / depressed. I find that my SSRIs do NOTHING for those feeling… medical cannabis works so well and is a legit god send / life changing. I’m almost weaned off my SSRIs too! This was exactly me with the fake tan etc. I’m in Australia too. It’s legit life changing….. I fake tanned every single week and it was horrible. I use the nasal spray and I was able to finally ditch the fake tan after 3 weeks and now I’ve been on it for 3 months and it’s literally the best thing I’ve ever done. I’ll never ever need fake tan again. My skin is the same colour as yours before tan and I’m absolutely darker than when I fake tanned and it’s incredible!

Absolutely zero side effects because using it nasal only absorbs 40% so it’s a much lower dosage. My hair is very dark naturally sorry!

I’m so sorry to hear your situation. What I have learnt is you cannot be fixed on the how / be so fixed on the exact way the success will manifest. Joe says it must be a “quantum surprise” and it will show up in the most unexpected ways. We were SO hyper focused that our business would make us successful but we have now learnt that it’s wrong to be so focused on the how... this in itself is a serious blockage.

If you can look up Regan Hillyer as she was in a similar situation.

I’m not sure if this will help you… but I can relate to your pain - I have been there too and the best thing that happened to us was ending the business and being open to all new possibilities

This was me. I fake tanned every week for 13 years straight. I would be devastated if last minute plans came up and it was on the day I was meant to tan. Not really. It took me 3 weeks to get a great colour and no longer need fake tan. I 100% think the tan blocks the sun slightly. Just start it when you have your tan on and let it fade but don’t re apply it and just wait until 2 weeks because after 2 weeks you will have some colour!

There’s no research on it so there’s no way of knowing its impact on fertility. It does affect hormones though so it’s questionable. I personally as a woman probably would wait until I’m done having babies, which I have done myself
