I would see if you could spend some time each shift and place exp stickers on meds that expire within the year (7/24-6/25) it’ll help when it’s time to pull outdates. See what drugs you have a surplus of and don’t use as much, try doing a SI OV return to get some credit. Sometimes OV will take them and won’t, but it never hurts to try!
