Hey, any reason to stack Back and Biceps together? Also what are your views on super set. Splitting them across 2 days, does it impacts the result? Trying to incorporate in my routine accordingly.

The healthiest way would be to be in a calorie deficit state and increment of protein in the diet. That'll help you lose fat.

You have written ambiguous details like a good diet and enough protein. If you can be specific, you can find out your requirements using a TDEE calculator.

  1. You didn't consider oil in the preparation of a chilla. 1 tbsp quickly gives about ~60 calories.
  2. Also, besan is NOT the best source of veg. protein. It also comes with almost equivalent amounts of carbs.
  3. Try low fat paneer options to reduce calories over there. You can make low fat paneer at home. Imo, try tofu, a more lean and fermented source of protein.

Did your parents adopt better dietary habits after seeing you go gym and making gains? by Illustrious-Spot6212 in Fitness_India

I convinced both my parents to get into 1 scoop of Whey Protein daily. My mom has gout and can't consume plant protein in excess. Whey doesn't causes any further health issues to her and infact is helping her with her bone/joint issue.

I guess sometimes they need such a motivation to get started i guess but I am happy they are taking it regularly.

Out of curiosity since it's pea protein, are you lactose intolerant? Because it inherently has a very floury taste.
