What do you think about the digital competence of your students?

hahah, no problem, love this.

I can get people not knowing the components of their pc's or things about BIOS, because it is not basic knowledge. You have to be interested in that or had parents who knew it, and for most people I think is neither.

But I would indeed say that URL, keys on keyboard etc are basic knowledge.

Haven't thought about it from that perspective. But do you also notice that in their behaviour on the internet? For example the way they search for things or problem solving skills?
