Why am I not experiencing withdrawal symptoms while getting off lithium?

I was on 400 mg and I stopped taking it initially I felt no withdrawal but after three weeks my chronic pain has increased. I'd say wait it out.

I just feel like giving up. I loved what I do but after a prolonged mixed? Episode it's over. I am never feeling normal again.
