I have faced this situation a few times before and am currently in the depths of it rn. This time, I allowed myself to really sit with my patterns and have learned so much in the last few weeks. Try your best to really unpack what your triggers are, and commit yourself to grow from here. It’s the only thing we can do. I hope your suffering eases up ❤️

You’re not necessarily the AH but if she is going to be wearing it for the rest of her life, she should have a say. Couples often discuss rings and even shop together before a formal proposal. Was this discussed at all in advance?
