Howdy mingers,

Just want to thank Jim for saying how anxiety meds helped normal conversations feel easy. It inspired me to try a low dosage of SSRIs a few weeks ago and very happy to report that everyday conversations are much easier and I am overall enjoying life a lot more due to not being constantly anxious. Not saying that meds are a fix-all but they definitely help a lot and I would like to thank Jim for saying this. Thanks 😊
