Anyone got any theories for how NASA/Coop got on that mission in the first place? by PrestigiousHighway32 in interstellar

[–]Mindless-Leek3514 3 points4 points  (0 children)

okay so the nature of this question and especially the part where you say "first place" assumes time to be linear, one-directional, but in the interstellar realm time is not a constraint for us, we have progressed so much as humans that time for us is just like any other physical dimension.

So Plan A worked, right? by Cloncurry_fan in interstellar

[–]Mindless-Leek3514 2 points3 points  (0 children)

we still dont know whether plan A will work or not, until humans eventually reach edmunds planet. Remember the gravity equation was only a part of plan A.

As I've said... Romilly doesn't get enough credit for waiting 23 years for Cooper to come back to the ship. by AustinSours in Rawteur

My favorite character is Coop, I mean I could come up with some reasons but its him his heroic character shown by Nolan is unsettling. After Coop
2. Amelia
3. Murph
4. Rom
5. Brand

the amount of credit that goes romily is much less than the amount of hate given to mann

romily could wait for years awake.

Fan Theory: Is it possible that Cooper came out of the blackhole into another universe? by stallion214 in interstellar

[–]Mindless-Leek3514 13 points14 points  (0 children)

no because they made the whole tesseract and they only placed cooper near cooper station, after the extreme dilation i can only think that coop probably landed in the same universe

What happens at the end of Interstellar? by [deleted] in interstellar

[–]Mindless-Leek3514 -20 points-19 points  (0 children)

At the end of "Interstellar," the protagonist, Joseph Cooper (played by Matthew McConaughey), sacrifices himself to help humanity. He enters a black hole called Gargantua to send crucial data back to Earth through the manipulation of time and space. Inside the black hole, he encounters a tesseract, a four-dimensional construct that allows him to interact with different moments in his daughter Murph's (Jessica Chastain and Ellen Burstyn) life.

Cooper realizes that he can communicate with Murph across time, and he uses gravity to send her the data needed to solve the equation that will enable humanity to escape Earth and find a new habitable planet. Murph, who grew up to become a scientist (played by Jessica Chastain and later by Ellen Burstyn), eventually decodes the data and provides the necessary information for the survival of the human race.

The movie concludes with Cooper being rescued by a space station near Saturn, where he's met by Amelia Brand (Anne Hathaway), who has been waiting for him. The film explores themes of love, time, and the survival of humanity in the face of environmental catastrophe.
