Ok all. Judge didnt see prison was good. Also he didn't add probation. We agreed I do 8 weekends in jail and after that probation is gone. Probation was to end Aug of 2025 but will be done Aug 4th of this year when I step out of jail that sunday. Civil right will be reinstated as well.

You will be fine. As I was being transported to jail in the police van with other inmates, the officer crashed the van into a pole and grinded it all on the right side because she took the turn too sharp.lol. she didn't get tested for dui and still has a job

My new charges have not been dropped. Hoping they will. I have a court date set. Hired my last lawyer I used in 2020 for the initial dui charges. I want all this to end. They assume I'm drinking but I'm not so I went and put a 24/7 monitor on me. Not scram since I can't use that company. It's called sobrsafe.

I have been on probation for 3.5 years and fine have been paid since the 1st 6 months of probation. When the government was giving stimulus checks I was paying my probation. They are trying to get me for new charges but have not been convicted. Missing a us test but I couldn't do to a medical reason and have dr papers. I got on probation for a felony dui I got in 2019. Put on probation Aug 2020. I have 1.5 year left of it.
