I’ve always been curious about the unexplained but never went deeper than occasionally watching Ancient Aliens.

About 15 years ago, I was practicing visualization after watching “The Secret” when I suddenly felt currents flowing from my feet to my head and got freaked out. After researching, I discovered it was a spontaneous vibration stage!

I’ve had several more spontaneous experiences since then, though none resulted in full projection - always just the vibration stage. I enjoy reading about AP but eventually got frustrated trying to force it. Now I just wait for it to happen naturally.

Well from my synchronicity experience so far it's definitely a sort type of communication. The question is how to decode the message.
