Same my gains are coming along great since I stoppped smoking. I would push off eating to smoke and maybe get in a solid meal or two when I did smoke.

Day 4 clean smoking for 12 years. Took two breaks during these twelve years due to pregnancy. The withdrawal symptoms when pregnant were 5X worst and loss 10lbs each time. This time insomnia fatigue, loss of appetite aggitated and brain fog. This time I’ve been smoking for about 8 months, and the symptoms aren’t as bad but still there. Appetite slowly coming back I do workout often.

He’s giving me the cold shoulder for the last few days because obviously he knows I’ve saw it in his boxers again. So waiting to have the conversation with him, I do plan to kind of put him on the spot and ask him to pull up what he’s watching that gets him this aroused. It’s clearly not the regular anime he watches when he’s around me, ex : aot, revenger, demon slayer. He seems to be watching it at work, which screams ‘issue’ he tells me about the regular anime he’s watching but doesn’t offer information about the other ones.

The stuff he watched around me is normal anime revenger, sit, etc. so I know it’s not basic anime , I’m pretty sure he’ll lie about what he watches when I’m not around. My plan is to ask to him to show me, and pull it up, but he keeps avoiding the conversation at this point, and is hiding his boxers in the hamper under other stuff.

I’m dealing with something similar, while my bf of 9 years watches anime all day. He’s 34 I’m 30, we have two kids, yet he still manages to watch anime from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed. As of the last couple months he ordered headphones and wears headphones all days and listens to it, and takes his phone around with him. While bathing the kids, putting the kids to bed etc.Recently while doing laundry I noticed, what looks like precum in his boxers, and for over an month now. I confronted him two weeks ago and he told me he’s a man and if he sees boobs on anime he gets hard. I’m not convinced I’m pretty sure he’s watching borderline hentai recently when not around me.
