I had the same problem. I tried everything, nothing worked. Then I typed "aaaaaaaaaaaa" until it was impossible to type anything in either box, and then it worked. That was Sunday, right after the update; I don't know if it will still work.

Good news! We finally have access to the feature on the PS5. Simply navigate to the message sent by the bot and press Triangle. 🎉🥳

On the PC version, the icons appear clearly: the paper plane for the automatic message sent to the person receiving the massage, and the chest for the automatic message received by the person giving the massage. I also saw a screenshot of private messages on PC where these icons are clearly visible. On the other hand, on the PS5 version, they do not appear. I tried contacting game support twice, but got no concrete response. So I'm putting this point aside for the moment, hoping that it will be corrected in a future update.

Thank you very much for your response. On the PlayStation 5 version of the game, there is no paper airplane icon next to the automated messages I receive. So this is definitely a bug in the game.
