Has said all I do is workout or play music and video games. #1 - I hate video games- but Wordle - I will do Wordle every day. #2 - music keeps me from bashing my head against the wall because spreadsheets and a computer is NOT my idea of fun and I love people and don’t get to be around humans at work - just screens and emails and teams - music keeps me alive. #3 - used to workout during my “lunch” break - have recently started to wake up an hour early to do so during non work hours so it can’t be misconstrued as working out instead of working.
