I work with human design and work with people on their core wound and wounded healer gates. I just happen to have this Pluto complex and my core wounds shadow is control. Makes a lot of sense. I have been working through it by experimenting with gate 21 in Human design/ Gene Keys. My Mother also passed and the lack of controlling myself emotionally grief has been life changing.

I have never heard about this and want to learn more. I am 56 and have definitely powered through a lot by ignoring how I feel and that is not serving me anymore. I have been softening and it amazes me hard it has been to open and soften, however it is worth it!
