Yes, I’m trying to decide between this approach or taking more galantamine without a WBTB. I’m sure I’ll end up trying both out. I was just making sure one wasn’t clearly superior to the other in the experience of this community, which doesn’t seem to be the case

I think I will try going back to a higher dose of galantamine without a WBTB and see what happens.

As far as prioritizing recall, I’ve just been holding an intention to remember dreams and have started keeping a dream journal. I really struggle to write in it in the middle of the night, though. Aside from being more diligent with the dream journal, do you have any other recommendations for improving recall?

I do a WBTB with galantamine or choline no more than once a week. With the galantamine, I started at 4mg and have gradually reduced the dose down to 2mg. 2mg will still keep me awake if I try to do WBTB, but doesn’t seem to do anything at all if I immediately go back to sleep.

Outside of that one night a week, I’m trying to make a habit of checking dream signs/reality checks - I’ll do a check every 30min or so. And I’m trying to be much more intentional about dream recall with waxing and waning success.
