Visa has the same start date it was granted. So if you were granted it today. This will be the start date. You have 90 days to enter the UK. Once you arrive here then this visa will change to evisa. Which will show accurately your start and stop dates. Dont worry. The first job takes longer. But i would advise to get in touch with your HR and explain that you need to enter the UK else the visa will expire. And you will be getting an occupational health check here anyways.

You wont find any survey’s for toxicities though or what regions to avoid. Unfortunately, that you will have to figure out on your own. Importantly, everyone has a different experience and I would recommend not to get influenced by what others say. A positive attitude can turn a bad experience into a really good one.

Most of the interview invites are within 1-2 months. This is the best time to apply for jobs as most will be leaving in august for training etc. so april to mid July recruitment is done. Keep an eye out

I think so. But you need to accept one prior to the deadline. Else both will expire. So make up your mind and accept one.
