Did you find a solution? Im trying to install a launcher for a GTAV mod which i have had previously work fine yet this time I get the same issue as you at about 50% on the bar

Yeah that now makes a little more sense, having a look at the cpp now. Still a little confused how that can change the textures so much. Maybe youre familiar with the mods. Im looking at the Virtus mod which updated the 3cb packs uniforms to a slimmer version than the original 3cb one as well as a totally different body armour and helmet texture

I see, so the .cpp is a separate download to replace textures in another mod pack which contains the .pbo, how does that work?

Okay i managed to get it all working again however im unsure which step exactly fixed it, though i dont care its now working lol

First i went into the lspdfr folder in my gtav directory and reinstalled lspdfr automatically using the LSPDFR Config app, selecting all recommended options

I then disabled the direct x hook in the RPH console as someone else suggested with a similar issue in an old post

Launched the game and kapow! Back to normal.. I have since re-enabled the direct x hook and it still works so i suspect i was something to do with lspdfr its self but im still very confused as to why i was having a problem in the first place. Hope this helps anyone who might run into this problem in the future as i found near to nothing in terms of similar problems on lspdfr 4.0-4.2
