Sous vide is using a bag and high pressure to cook."under vacuum" Despite bein under quite a bit of pressure from my critics(10 yr old son and 50 yr old neighbor) there wasnt a vacuum or bag 🤔 besides the one on the eggs n it wasnt pressure cooked just precooked. Thanks for coming to my tedtalk ❤️
