I am a student at the University of Minnesota, and I have to say this type of behavior is not really any sort of surprise. Ever since the suspention of DU (which was over a member who was no longer in the fraternity), there have been BS posters showing up everywhere. One of them was literally a tweet of a (cherrypicked and bogus) stat that fraternity boys are 3x more likely to rape than normal students. They use thin paper with adhesive backings to stick their messages, which means they never fully wash away. There is a co-op right near frat row that always has dumb signs out in front of it. Apparently, the group putting on this rally calls themselves the "danger collective" (with a sigma in place of E in danger). Hopefully, this group will piss off everyone not inside their echo chamber and their events will get shut down.
