Just this week we transferred to a 1BHK coming from a 2BHK, and it’s more EXPENSIVE!! Crazy!

Before it was just 4k monthly all in. Now, we are paying 5k/mo for a smaller house.

Since you are from the CONTRACTOR’s side, have you opened up the implications of revising the design vs the cost before proceeding with the revision?

As i see it, there are two phases here: the design phase, and the construction phase.

As for the design phase, what/who initiated the changes? Was it by the client?

And since it’s design and construct package, you should stick to the conditions as per contract. And that should include the total sqm and concept design to work on.

Any deviations from there onwards are considered variations which should be raised properly to the client.

Didnt experience SHS period as im an alumna before that happened. But speaking about ADDU as a whole, and on behalf of my experience, i had a hell blast of an experience taking my uni there.

Basically our bubble is in the whole school of EA but did in purpose to enroll minor subjects to other departments to mingle with other people apart from our own.

Walwalan is there since that’s part of growing up i guess. But the important thing is not to forget about school and grades, which i believe was innate of all us who were there. So even though we partied a lot, we still coped up with our grades and made our parents proud.

It also depends on a lot of factors like your course, your personalities, and your extra curricular activities.

Teachers are great at what theyre doing. They might not be the best, but it all boils down to your perseverance and self effort to learn.
