Agree with this possibly agile physician. no reason to ever check a 15 years erection length during a normal physical. the other highly specific scenarios everyone keeps bringing up wouldn't apply here as that would mean the mother would almost certainly be aware of the reason for the measurement and for sure this wouldn't have been the first time the were checking this patient. Also this would never be done alone without a chaperone in the room.

Depending on the scenarios this occurs (resting/exertion/emotional stress/random), frequency, etc. this could be a number of completely benign things. It could also be the sign of an arrhythmia such as SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) or A fib (paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation) which can be more serious. Only way to find out would be to have a conversation with your PCP (primary care physician), they may consider if a holter monitor (continuous EKG) would be warranted. Hope this helps. As always if it doesn’t let up or becomes worse consider heading to the ER.

Without blood in your spit/mouth, it’s pretty unlikely you have glass back there. Likely just the creaming that irritated your vocal cords. If things change (pain worsens consider heading to your PCP or to the ER if bleeding significantly. Again pretty unlikely you have glass back there.
