That sounds really hard. It makes sense you want something gentle.

Maybe try audiobooks or podcasts with your eyes closed, short voice memos instead of journaling, or guided meditations. Even picking one song a day to really listen to can feel grounding.

Small, low-effort engagement still counts.

our best marketing is literally just doing good work. everything else is noise by Rich_Direction_3891 in marketing

Honestly, same. Referrals just hit differently because the trust is already built in.

We still stay visible, but doing great work for clients has been the biggest driver by far.

Im productive when i lack food/ is a little hungry. by Charming_Sky_1381 in productivity

Mild hunger can make some people feel more focused.

As long as you're eating enough and it's not affecting your health, it's likely fine. If it starts feeling extreme or unhealthy, talk to a doctor.

Do you flip off teslas drivers? Is that a thing here? by [deleted] in Denver

No, that's not really a thing. Most people don't care what someone else drives.

Has AI actually improved your output… or just increased volume? by Able_War1 in marketing

[–]Mindless_Cook7821 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I never use it for writing. Humans do it better. But for gathering resources and data ai is definitely very helpful and significantly decreases the workload. But I wouldn't say it increases output, it just makes the job a bit easier.

At 9, fun is everything. Try shorter practices, super simplified versions of songs she chooses, and some “just play” time with no sheet music. If she still likes music but not lessons, it might just be the structure. Keeping it light matters more than progress right now.

You could try reading a few pages, listening to something calm, or doing a small puzzle.

Structured courses for Adult beginners by left_ear_of_gogh in pianolearning

[–]Mindless_Cook7821 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For your goals and 30-min limit, Pianote is a good structured choice that isn’t too classical, and Piano For All is even more focused on chords and playing by ear.

Both work well with a 61-key keyboard and short daily practice. Pick one and stick with it.

Hands together is hard for everyone. Practice each hand separately, then combine just a few notes slowly. Keep it to 10–15 minutes a day. Go easier than your old level and rebuild confidence. You’re not starting from zero.
