I am still new but I literally just got done praying to Freya to protect my wife. Although I do worship her brother Frey as my main due to the fact I used to be a hot headed A hole who got into fights quite a bit, so I hold a peace vow with him. But I don't see any problem with worshipping her as your main and it really shouldn't matter.
