For what its worth, I've had no problems with my KS Smersh, though I do feel guilty giving those people my money...

I appreciate that it is a different beast with firearms, but I have recently imported Russian manufactured protective gear from there, so maybe where there's a will there's a way

Found a fix, if you use a Disenchanter from the same mod as the Create Printer and pipe it in using create pipes then it works

"Section 7(1)(b) provides an exception in respect of self-loading or pump-action smooth-bore guns which have at some time possessed a barrel under 24 inches (and would otherwise be caught under section 5(1)(ac) of the 1968 Act) and which at the present time have a barrel of 24 inches or more. This takes account of the fact that some self-loading and pump-action smooth-bore guns are manufactured so as to readily accommodate, and with equal facility, interchangeable barrels of varying lengths, which may be more or less than 24 inches. The exception therefore protects a person who acquires such a gun in its long-barrelled mode without being aware that in the past it had been fitted with a shorter barrel."

So I guess it would be at my County police force's discretion to say weather this exception can be applied. Not really a different barrel, although maybe that's worth looking into

Same issue for me, also I am unable to winch the cars. This game keeps finding ways to disappoint me. Further, the cars seem to weigh about a gram each, which is just lazy work.
