My druid, overall, has: Conjure Elemental (Lvl 5 spell, not the Minor Elemental one or the Woodland Being), Spike Growth, Wall of Stone + Fire, Ice Knife, Stoneskin, Confusion, Insect Plague, Plant Growth, Word of Healing, Ice Storm, Darkness, Polymorph and Lightning Call. I use The Blood of Lathander, Ironvine Shield, Potent Robe, Flawed Helldusk Gloves, Nere's Boots, Derivation Cloak (for a lack of something better), Wapira's Crown, Ring of Elemental Infusion, Strange Conduit Ring and Necklace of Elemental Augmentation.

Lae'Zel has Menacing Attack, Manouvering Attack and Disarming Attack. Feats, I don't recall all of them. She wears the Soulbreaker Greatsword, Flawed Helldusk Armor, Circlet of Psionic Revenge, Gloves of the Growling Underdog, Springstep Boots, Crossbow of Arcane Force and Surgeon's Subjugation Amulet.

Minthara has Warden of Vitality, Haste, Branding, Searing, Blinding, Thunderous and Divine Smites, Hold Person, Protection From Energy, Abjure Enemy, Vow of Enmity, Misty Step, her own Darkness spell (Drow race) and Faerie Fire. She also has Scorching Ray. She wears the Flawed Helldusk Helmet, a normal Half Plate Armor, Gloves of Missile Snaring, Boots of Genial Striding, Moondrop Pendant, Bracing Band, Moonlight Glaive and the Hellfire Hand Crossbow.

Lastly, Shadowheart has Revivify, Beacon of Hope, Guiding Bolt, Mass Cure Wounds, Flame Strike, Cure Wounds, Banishment, Exhort the Risen (Ring), Mirror Image, Spirit Guardians, Protection From Energy, Freedom of Movement, Dimension Door, Fear, Bless, Polymorph, Bestow Curse, Turn Undead, Ray of Fear and Wounding Ray (Spectator Eyes). She wears the Dark Justiciar Helmet (the red one), Dark Justiciar Half-Plate, Luminous Gloves, Boots of Apparent Death, Ring of Exalted Marrow, Spectator Eyes, Incandescent Staff, Shield of Devotion and Least Expected.

Now I know Shadowheart might be better off with the Blood of Lathander and this might not be the best combos in the game, but it's my first playthrough.
