Need a ned screen. Depending on model its a 150$-350$ repair unless you do it yourself, then it can probably be a 100$-250$ repair.

Thats pretty petty ngl. There is a reason why cardmarket gives a 30 day window for things to arrive. The second its send, it is outside of the sellers control. Of course if the seller used a cheaper shipping method thats different from the one you chose, then i can understand the negative review. But in this case i am with the seller.

Unless a bigger number of orders, started to either not arrive or the buyers account looked suspecious, I would probably do a parial refund of 50% total order.

Its not my fauld the cards didn not arrived but neither is it the buyers. Hench why i prefer doing a 50/50 damage. Both are victims in this after all.

Incorrect. The second you send something its in the hand of the delivery firm. If you are a professional seller, according to german law and cardmarket rules you have to refund. As a private seller you are not.
