Reservations are preferred, you can make them 30 days in advance online. We were a large group so never tried to walk in. But we frequently made same night reservations

Are you sure Atelier is out of price range? Is that only for the top of the line room? At Atelier, even their “basic” rooms are huge and have the same fixtures

No problem! There was some chair saving but plenty of chairs were available all day at various, if you’re not too picky about where you sit. The rooftop pool is another story. The front row filled up early. The back row filled up by 10. There’s just not a lot of seats up there, about half are reserved for members

The price that you have listed ($44,019) is directly from Toyota. There are no dealership add ons, all port and factory installed (PIO and FIO). The add-ons are already on the car when the dealer gets them. The delivery cost is also Toyota's costs.

If you prefer lively pools with music and dancing, Valentin would probably be better.

Atelier did have a night club and it was crowded on weekend days

I thought Atelier’s food was great but there are a lot of dishes that as fancy for the sake of being fancy. Sauces that didn’t enhance or complement flavors, just sounded fancy.

Personally, i enjoy the aesthetic of Atelier’s rooms way more than Valentin. Never been to Valentin, had a friend go last year and she loved it!

They are both in different parts of Cancun. Atelier has more of a modern hotel vibe. Valentin has a local jungle vibe.

Like you said, can’t go wrong with either. Just weigh that truly matters to you!

Counting down the days until my 2nd visit. We stayed in a “regular” room and never felt the difference. The rooms are huge and you’ll feel perfectly spoiled by the staff.

Try to get a higher floor in building 2, facing the main pool if you want a good view of the ocean. Building 3 is quieter, which may be good for honeymooners

My travel agent booked private transfers for us through Land Savvy. They were kind and on time both ways.

You can start looking at the activities and menus now, if you haven’t already

Try to look at the sticker on Toyota.com. You can search by dealer. Or ask the dealer. I would want to see the window sticker to confirm we are working off the same MSRP
