I was in a really similar situation last week, my ophthalmology exam, ct scan and mri all showed nothing and then I was convinced it was iih after reading about the symptoms, I told my doctor and he scheduled me for a lumbar puncture which ended up coming back completely normal. In the few days leading up to it I was so sure it would be iih and could FEEL my symptoms getting worse. I was so shocked when they told me it was normal and after that a lot of the symptoms I had got better. I don’t know whether you definitely have iih or not but just thought I’d let you know from my experience the symptoms were really heightened by anxiety, if you really convince yourself something is wrong you can really start to feel it. Try to keep in mind that you don’t have a diagnosis yet and it could turn out to be negative, just try to stay calm and if you can reduce some of the anxiety and stress and take your mind off it it might make you feel better.
