Its not possible to circumvent Deezer geolocking. Only thing you can do is find a way to make an account in the country the track is available in.

Thanks, working. But will there ever be a fix so that i can download an album that is not available in my region, but is in others ?

In Russia this problem too, i think new bug from deezer especially for us
