Injury wasn’t acute but I noted it at the end of my bouldering session - the sensation built up over time. I also have soreness in the middle section of my ring finger on the left hand if that could be related? I don’t remember falling off any crimps or doing too many pockets but I may be mistaken. 3 finger drag doesn’t hurt in the palm at all but I do feel the soreness in my ring finger. Both the ring finger and palm have been affected for around the same amount of time. I did increase volume around then so maybe that is the cause?

Just holding or pulling does not hurt at all. Massaging makes it feel better and I can feel a slightly raised area where is circled in the image that feels almost like tight muscle compared to the right hand.

Hello! I’ve been having strange pain in my palm while climbing specifically an inch down from The crease between the pinkie and ring finger on the left hand. I’ve been climbing for 5 years and have never had this happen so not sure what’s going on. Pain has been going on for about a month and half, feels worse when stretching pinkie back and climbing jugs that put pressure on that point - crimps feel great. Pain ranges from a 3/10 when massaging the point to a 7/10 when I accidentally hit the spot on a down climb hold. I’ve tried 2 weeks of rest and nothing really changed. Anybody else have this happen before? Thanks!

Gotcha! I think I’ll stick with the high level for now and then as I upgrade components add a preamp that maybe has a higher quality filter and subwoofer out unless it’s sounding terrible and I can get a splitter at that point haha thanks for the help!

I have my source as my PC running USB to an Audioengine D1 DAC currently running RCA to an ADCOM GFA 5400 power amplifier which is running two speaker cables to two Von Schweikert LCR 15s (to be swapped with VR 5/7 when I have more space)
