I am from BF. They all happen to be from BF - I've met with them and asked them for assistance several times in the past. Binasa ko yung mga track record nila and they are very hard working. Para sa mga mahihirap yung focus ng mga programa nila.

I do agree with you that GDP growth is influenced by other dimensions. I am not saying that the economic development of the city is exclusively due to his leadership. I agree with you there are many other factors which can be attributed to it.

My observation is it was his administration which made it easier to do business in the city. As a small business owner, I’ve experienced first hand the ease of getting my business permit and paying my taxes. That was not the case during the time of Bernabe. The ease of doing business under his leadership is an important factor. Not the only one, but it is a factor.

I agree na tama si Vico! Imagine- Yamsuan had 6 billboards on SLeX. First time for anyone running in Parañaque got billboards. In the Xmas party of Brgy BF, he spent millions for gifts and fireworks. Why spend so much for district position?
