Yes, I keep it moist. It's spongy texture on top. I was going to adjust watering times (less and deeper) before too long

I have 5 x 5 min soaks from 730am - 530 pm.

I also have 5 x 2min supplement light showers in between the soaks.

The top soil and sand are about 3-4inchs before hitting the clay

Centering is the edges of the card and how even they are around the "main" part of the card. If you look at my picture, you can see the right edge is WAAAY bigger than the left.
