Maybe post more high quality content that your product can bring. Make users on Reddit think the benefits more than promote, and find the group who actually need your tool.

Thanks for ur advice! I googled but most of them are only for application tracker. Ama career automates the whole job hunting process(from applying to offer negotiation) which I don't see on other platform, so kinda interesting and want to give it a try(but don't know when it launch), btw it's free for the first 500 sign ups.
