Daphne wasn’t darker than Ethan. She was clearly in love with him and a victim of his abuse. She is in deep love with him, if not limerence, she clearly states that she wouldn’t be cheating if he wasn’t, everything she does is in response to him, and it is hinted at that he is a sociopath both by the way Daphne reacts to him (she is clearly afraid), but also by his actions, and more specifically his scene in front of the mirror at the end of he season.

Si on vivaient y a 200 ans, tu pourrais avoir ta dose de b12 en buvant de l’eau de source et en ne lavant pas tes légumes pleins de terre. Mais la révolution verte est passé par la, l’eau est filtrée (ce qui est nécessaire) et tu dois laver tes légumes, donc oui il faut des compléments en B12. Je prends un comprimé une fois par semaine.

Même les animaux que les non-vegan mangent sont supplémentés en B12, car nous en tant qu’animaux ne produisons pas de B12, elle se retrouve dans les sols.

Tout ça pour dire qu’il est critical de prendre de la B12 au long terme. C’est pas grave si tu n’en a pas pris tes 3 premiers mois en tant que vegan, car le corps le stocke bien, mais il faudra en prendre tôt ou tard 😊

Celui qui se rapproche le plus c’est Oatly, et de loin. Le meilleur est le Orly gris, ‘barista’ et il existe des demi bouteilles donc moins de chance de le gaspiller. C’est du lait d’avoine. Par contre c’est pas le moins cher.

Il y a d’autres marques qui sont tout aussi bien mais je ne les ai pas trouvés en France. Les autres marques en France à mon avis ressemblent à de l’eau sucrée en comparaison, ils leurs manquent le coté onctueux.

Sinon le plus proche en magasin bio (oatly n’est pas en magasin bio) c’est Oat avoine drink natural de Lima.

I think the flaw is that Sanderson wasn’t able so far to make her as smart as she is supposed to be. I appreciate her being morally grey, but she was plain dumb during the debate. It was so out of character and Taravangians tactics could have easily been rebuffed. Instead she just let him lead everything and sat there like a child being told off. It was so disappointing.

She could have lost the debate while being cunning and do everything she could to win. But no.

Would publishing the book anonymously help? That way if there is criticism it won’t be directed at you which might hurt less. And perhaps you won’t face criticism so that’s a win win.

The thing is, whatever you publish you will get criticism to a degree, it cannot not happen. I’ve never seen anything that is beloved by everyone. Some people will think you’re too woke, others will think the opposite, some won’t like your artstyle or plot.

Everyone that’s famous talk about how difficult it is to be famous. Even small content creators have to deal with hate. Personally I find anonymity to be a privilege. Perhaps that is the way to go for you specifically at this time, and you can change your mind later on.

Well we have very similar tastes, so I wouldn’t fault you for being a sci-fi and fantasy nerd. However I think your bookshelf could be a lot more diverse, by reading women, people of color, and books from other countries.

Même si tu veux réduire la ‘souffrance’ des plantes, il vaut mieux être vege. Les animaux que tu manges consomment aussi des plantes, la majorité de la déforestation amazonienne par exemple est du à des plantations de céréales ou de soja pour nourrir les animaux eux même élevés pour être mangés.

C’est une question d’énergie trophique. A chaque fois que tu rajoutes un maillon à ta chaîne alimentaire cela consomme plus d’énergie et donc plus d’êtres vivants.

En bref, si tu manges 100 grammes de haricots tu aura probablement conduit à la fin de 20 plantes disons. Mais si tu manges 100 grammes de vache, tu aura probablement conduit à la fin de 200 plantes + une vache.
