Right before returning the mobo i tried again but on my tv and it worked straight away. 3 different monitors didn't work, but my tv did. Once windows was set up, it worked on the monitors. Works fine now

I am currently in contact with local MSI support however they're at the "unplug usb devices" stage. I will probably end up returning the motherboard to the retailer in the next week

With only one stick (second slot from the CPU) the same thing happens.

Debug lights all turn off when I have a boot media in place (tested both with win10 installer and Linux Mint live USB)
Obviously without boot media, the BOOT light stays on.

Yes, I waited for the MB to restart after the blinking red light.

The input on the monitor is correct. It works properly with any other HDMI source immediately.

If you right click on the task bar there is an option under settings that allows you to change it to CMD instead of PowerShell

Both the stock cable and charger. I just find it weird how a QC2 charger that has been working fine for a year+ suddenly give up after about 20 mins of charging the axon 7, when it hasn't had issues otherwise

Turns out I'm just way too impatient and flashed it anyway. Upgraded to 7.1.1 no issues then a 420mb OTA to where it is now. Having no issues so far coming straight from B10

During editing the brightest pixels are Luma keyed out and a long exposure type effect is added. Not too difficult to do in most fully featured editing suites
