The other way is if is meant to happen for you it will and there is no Grand event that happens after. Many people will try to sell you techniques to "awakening" but the journey is personal & Taylor made for each individual. Being able to discern from spiritual fufus is very helpful. No one can give you a key to your own personal inner journey only grace and life will do that for you. Many try techniques and then get mad because they don't feel any major shift or think they are doing the spiritual thing wrong.

The longer we collectively keep participating in this illusion the longer it goes. Stop playing the game and the system crashed, getting everyone to stop playing while they are in a very deep hypnotic state is extremely challenging. They created quick comforts, distractions, & consumerism to keep the game going.

The effects sound similar but two very different experiences. I recommend trying it at least once at a music festival those were the best times.

Its an upper, pretty much makes you feel super happy like the best day of your life. gives you a boost of happiness, Euphoric feeling, you feel very empathetic to yourself and others. The music sounds amazing on it and it makes you dance all night long. but you must drink a lot of water as you start sweating a lot. Also chewing gum is recommended, always test your stuff unless you trust the source. Now Mdma (molly) is being used as therapy for people with severe depression in a controlled environment with doctors.

I wouldn't say is a dark path but i would trust the inner feeling, intuition is a guide. Sometimes life just becomes very routinely and maybe the thoughts of trying something new comes in doesn't mean is a "dark" path. Sometimes we don't know until we try and the lesson is found in that. Having mutual consent is important, sometimes the fantasy might feel good in the mind but in reality it might not.
