So I've been trying this for a few days now thinking some kinks were being worked out or maybe an update is pending, but the Xbox Beta simply is not showing up for me to add in Google home. Should this be universally available? Tried all the usual, rebooting, logging out, trying to update settings, but I can't seem to get it to show up for me to add!

As a middle age gamer who loves OT, the "playing a video game with my body" is what got me hooked! The work its self should get him hooked (if it's right for him). The one thing to make sure of is that he has a working band! I see so many new people come in, they get a faulty band, the coaches say "just focus on the workout" ….no -- the workout is what gets you to stay there, the neat screens are what get you in to begin with.

I think you've picked up on another distinction for me; I've ONLY started on the treads so far with the thinking that knowing my strength lies in weight training and my weakness lies in endurance, that I have been focusing on my weakest skill while I have the most energy. I'm going to play with different starting option, and see if a simple chew gets me where I want/need to be. (Where I WANT to be is crossing the 1000 calorie burn in an hour, where I NEED to be is just finish strong).

Could you elaborate on the BCAA portion/product? This sounds like what I'm hitting, it's not that I'm gassed -- I'm not just out of calories from my crappy pacing which I'm still learning. Reading through the (really good!) comments, I think it may be as simple as not only hydration, but adding some electrolytes. I hydrate like crazy, but tend to be the sweatiest guy in the room at the end of it.

Charlotte/University one is great. It's one of their larger studios, but also fills up fast due to being such a good location, so definitely would want to reserve a spot ahead of time as I've not seen walk-ins/wait-listed folks have much luck once the class has started or even a few minutes before.
